Normal week in the offices...

Muy buenas tardes! O dìas por allà... [Very good afternoon! Or days over there...]

So we got lucky and still get our p-day today before everything gets too crazy to leave the house tonight. Pobrecitos the rest of the missionaries because they don`t get their p-day this week...

Haha ya we had fun with the mustaches and we`ll be taking more photos very shortly here.... (3 and a half days locked inside.... basically the package arrived just in time! Thanks again). It`s been a normal week in the offices.... Didn`t teach much, want to teach more, weird emergencies (like evacuating an entire zone because of flooding haha - ya that was actually fun I`m not gonna lie), eating tons of food because we had 2 conferences with all of the zones in Santa Cruz, and ya probably more food because we had people staying in our house again.... Ya, normal week. Oh ya, so we had zone conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday and on Wednesday we decided that we were going to give everyone Subway for lunch! There`s a new mall here in Santa Cruz that is absolutely gigantic!!! It`s supposed to be the biggest mall in Bolivia (which is definitely true because the only other big malls are in La Paz) and when we walked in we just stood there for a few seconds because we were so surprised haha! Bolivian, Chilean, and North American just standing there not knowing what to say. It was really funny because we just didn`t even know what to do because it was just so BIG! But we eventually found the food court which is gigantic and feels like some giant building in space or something. There`s a Subway, KFC, McDonalds (supposedly but we didn`t see it yet), and I don`t even remember what else, but ya they`re restaurants that you can only find there. There`s also these super expensive Bolivian restaurants that are awesome and oh ya, TGI Fridays and Hard Rock Cafè too. Ya, it didn`t feel like we were in Bolivia. So ya, we`re going to have to go check it out someday soon here before Elder Vasquez heads off to Chile.

And ya... that`s basically it for the week. We played wallyball again this morning (like we do every p-day). We don`t have enough players for soccer, so we find some members to play with us and we play wally every week for 2 hours or so. And I have to mention that I`ve been first pick now for 3 weeks straight so that makes me feel good.... but ya know, it`s just wally, not too hard. It`s when we all play soccer that it starts to get really funny to watch me play haha!

And wow, Parker`s friends are already starting to receive their calls?! What is this?!

.....and we`re starting to see some crazy Carnival costumes... (we`re at an internet cafe today because we don`t like passing by the offices on Saturdays). It`s good that we`ll be inside...

But ya, love you all and glad that everyone`s doin good.
Enjoy the mustache photos.

¡Que tengan una buena semana! [Have a good week!]
Paz y amor,
[Peace and love,]
Elder Groneman
